We want you to have a great experience with Ripeat. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to fix it.


2. Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it promptly.


4. Refunds / Replacements

Once verified, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Or a refund (processed within 5–7 business days)

5. Non-Eligible Cases

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preferences
  • Delayed consumption
